Locations

Appointments in White Bear Lake take place in the Lux Chiropractic office on select Tuesdays. Appointments in Apple Valley take place on Mondays, select Tuesdays or Thursdays. Addresses for your chosen location will be shared after appointment is confirmed.

Payment Options

  • A $75 deposit is required to book your initial appointment.

  • Once your appointment is booked, you will receive an intake form to complete prior to your first visit. 

  • Preferred payment via cash or Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. See FAQs for full cancellation policy.
