Everyone can benefit from Craniosacral Therapy. I serve newborn infants through adults.

I currently see clients out of Lux Family Chiropractic on select Tuesdays. I also see clients out of my home office in Apple Valley on Mondays, select Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

I can do home visits in special circumstances, such as newborn infants, newly postpartum Moms at less than 2 weeks recovery, or people with chronic illness or a disability where traveling is difficult.
Home visits outside of a 20 mile radius from Apple Valley are charged a mileage fee of $10 per 20 miles.

To prepare for a session, please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement and bring a water bottle. Your session may involve lying on a massage table, sitting on a stool, or standing to facilitate an unwinding. We will determine which methods will be most beneficial for you on the day of your appointment.
Ideally, babies and kids will be well fed and rested, which helps makes a session goes more smoothly and give your child the best benefits possible.

If you request a full family session (up to 4 family members), all family members who are wanting care will come to one appointment with intake paperwork completed.
At your first appointment, we will review the intake forms and start with whoever wants to go first.
Both of my offices are well situated for any age with toys, a comfortable massage table, and both can also accommodate wheelchairs and other mobility devices. Please reach out in advance to discuss your individual needs.

I offer a limited amount of Trade/Barter clients yearly and may be able to offer a discounted initial visit. Please contact me to discuss your circumstances and include this question in the Contact form.

I am currently training in Muscle Testing and Reflexology. My services page will be updated when these types of appointments are available.

If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee. This is for both initial and follow up appointments. The only exception is for illness, which you should contact me about as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment, either by email or phone.
